(He suffers from exercise induced asthma from RSV Pneumonia he had when he
was one - and allergies at certain times of the year)
When putting it on a 1 year old - you can use it neat on their feet - but I
would recommend that you use coconut oil when putting it anywhere else
(chest and back or nose) or it could have a bit of a "hot/cold" feeling they
may not like (until they get used to it!) I also have used Eucalyptus as
well!
Another good thing is to Diffuse it in the air in their room at night! That
has really helped my son if he's having allergy issues.

I use breathe on my little guy all the time. In fact, my 3 year old no
longer has to do breathing treatments just by using the Breathe every night
before bed. (It has been almost 11 months!) I use it neat on both my 1 year
old and 3 year old but they are used to the feel of it and they even ask me
for it!
