Re: [Everything doTERRA] Classes in or around Dothan, Al or Graceville, FL / healed broken kneecap and wrist

Hi unfortunately CRPS is a progressive disease that can take over the entire body. The pain can be lessened with narcotics. My sister used balance, Frank, lavender and Wild Orange. Hope all goes well. Also there r FB support groups that give very good answers and feedback for what she is going through.

[Everything doTERRA] chronic sinusitis

What oils are recommended for chronic sinusitis? My husband has had really bad sinuses for over 40 yrs along with bad migraines. He cannot go in to a restaurant without his sinuses swelling up & then running really bad. He cannot blow his nose because it makes his ears pop & is painful. Nothing that he has ever taken over the counter or any drug has ever worked for him. He is a truck driver & desperately needs something that will help him with all the above & sleeping, since he sleeps & works different shifts. Thank you for your help.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] areas of placement for oils

When I was new I loved searching the site using key words for what I was interested in. I was on my own with my entire upline in another state and no one around me using oils of any type. It gets a lot easier once you start to use the oils and gain experience. You will also get a more direct response if you ask a direct question I have found as we know exactly what you are looking for. Welcome and I hope you enjoy learning all the great ways you can change your life and health : ) OH, the 5th edition Modern Essentials book is a great first start! It covers all the doTERRA products and has tips on how to use the oils and what they can be used for!

[Everything doTERRA] Re: TerraZyme

I used to have IBS and started cleansing and taking PB Assist as well as Terrazyme. It took about a year... I also recently started drinking green smoothies every morning with added flax seed. I now have two good bulky bowel movements a day. No more bowel issues and I don't have to make sure I know where every bathroom in the country is! LOVE Terrazyme! I've been able to skip taking it this past month, things are so much better! I'm going to order again next month though cuz I think its good for me! Hope this helps you!

[Everything doTERRA] Multi symptoms - where do I start?

My friend wrote me the following. I would love to help her but where do I start?

"My eye lids were drooping and limiting my vision, so I had surgery done just a week ago. But I also suffer from optic nerve damage. My biggest problem is low blood sugar in morning and lack of energy and motivation. Just got off antibiotic for respiratory illness which has my digestive system especially my stomach upset. I've had pneumonia several times over last 10-15 years. One important thing I left out, about 6 months after we had gotten Timmy and Serenity (names of grandchildren) 7 years ago I got shingles on my tailbone. I still suffer pain in that area."

Okay, so I managed to end my years-long streak of not getting sick by catching my grandkids' cold.  It turned into a sore/strep looking throat, so I dosed oregano for a couple of days.  I feel really good now and the soreness is gone, but when I cough up or blow my nose, it's all bloody.  Is that okay?    I've never had bloody snot before.

Sorry to be so gross...just concerned here.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: oils in shampoo, oils in water etc

Before I got the shampoo and conditioner, I used rosemary. I would put my shampoo or conditioner in my hand, then add a drop of rosemary oil. I also used Melaleuca on occasion as well. I've switched to the doTERRA shampoo and conditioner; I used to lose a handfukl of hair each time I washed my hair, but yesterday I didn't lose any! Took a couple washes to start seeing noticeable results, but I definitely saw the change!!

[Everything doTERRA] Re: oils in shampoo, oils in water etc

As long as the oils are in glass, having then in the fridge is fine.
It isn't recommended to have oils in plastic so I wouldn't put them in the shampoo /conditioner bottle. You could mix them in a glass dropper bottle then add a drop (or whatever your measurement) in your hand each time.
I will say that I was having hair loss issues and began using the doTERRA shampoo and conditioner about 7 weeks ago. Yesterday my hairstylist noticed my hair was a little thicker and saw a lot of new growth coming in and asked what I'm doing. That's the only new thing Im doing. It might be worth having her give that a try.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Dental Care Concerns

Thanks for that addition, Amber!

I've actually had lots of dental work done, and it feels like I'll be paying for it forever ... I am so so so grateful for access to quality dental care! And I'm also very thankful for the oils which have helped me be more proactive about the teeth in my mouth, help manage pain, and certainly help manage issues for awhile when my insurance gets all used up in the first half of the year!

This causes many of us to need to write to ask for more details which delays getting the needed information.

I really appreciate the time all of you take to answer questions, but I am often frustrated with a lack of details and often when I ask for more information I get no response.

[Everything doTERRA] Haematoma under Caesarian scar

I had a c section 13 weeks ago and I developed a rather large haematoma under my incision area, it's quite swollen, numb and the area is very ridged and hard to touch.

What would be the best oils to use to try to reduce the swelling and stiffness of the area? I hate the way it looks, this big bulging bit of my belly is a bit off putting!!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Classes in or around Dothan, Al or Graceville, FL / healed broken kneecap and wrist

Hello!

I'm actually in Dothan and teach classes at my chiropractors office once a month :) Please feel free to pass along my email, or I can send you a phone number as well.

I'm not looking at my resources at the moment for suggestions on oils, but for the blood cell issue I would also suggest she contact Dr. Paramore who is the ND in Dothan who also has started using and recommending doTERRA. Her number is (334) 792-4001.
