You just have to work with it. My Frank always drops two so I tilt it and as soon as I see it coming I pull back and get one drop. The others are pretty precise with just one. They do drop quickly unless its a thicker oil.

Rob actually counted the drops on a number of thinner oils. It would be hard pressed to count Myrrh or
Vetiver or Sandalwood, since they are quite thick.
There is no list that I have ever seen that tells you how many drops.
