Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oils for endurance athlete?

I have had a vendor booth at a couple of Iron Man events and a few triathalons. We use Deep Blue before they run or even you thoughts of peppermint and Marjoram are fine. We also have them use Lavender the night before so they will have a good nights rest.
After the race we apply Aroma Touch to the arms and legs, and something different if they have an injury. Don't forget the power of lemongrass for ligaments and tendons. If he were using the LLV then after the race I would give him about 4 CRS to replenish what he wiped out.

Hi guys,

My husband is doing Ironman Canada at the end of August and I'd like to get him started using some oils during his training to help oxygenate his muscles and prevent cramping.

I've gotten the suggestion of peppermint and marjoram, and would like to mix these two together in a roll on to make this as easy as possible for him.  What I don't know is, is this wise?  And if so, what would the ratio be and should I add FCO?

Can he apply these before the swim (would be more than an hour before) and then after the event and have any kind of positive effect?  He won't have time to reapply during the almost 11 hours he is doing the event.

I know he should be taking the LLV, but he won't...
