There is no infringement involved in selling doTerra products through other online venues as far as I know. As long as they are, indeed doTERRA products!

As for candies - I believe that if the oil is added after the heating process, the benefits are still there! It is heat that destroys the healing powers of the oils, and I think that candy is a great way to get kids, especially, to ingest our products.
