Hi, in a class situation, I usually explain that the oils that are OK to ingest have the "Supplemental Facts" written on the side and the others without it, are for external use.  This is a good "starter" way for people to easily remember.  When they get more familiar, then as Pat suggests, they will be able to make choices for themselves based on their own needs.
