[Everything doTERRA] Re: Spider veins

I also have a favorite blend for reducing or making spider veins
vanish. After a thousand years of working standing up day in and day
out, the insides of my knees looked like maps of San Francisco. Now
they look like maps of a small ghost town.

Here's the blend:
In an empty, squeezable bottle, mix 3 oz of the lotion, 1 oz filtered
water, 30 dr cypress, 15 dr helichrysum, and 7 dr wild orange, and
shake it until well-mixed. Apply to legs from ankle to upper thighs
morning and night. (I only apply as maintenance in the mornings now.)

Some reasons this works are that 1) helichrysum and cypress help with
movement of lymph, and exchange stagnant blood for new blood by
constricting and dilating the blood vessels which strengthens the
vascular cell was so they regain elasticity and can do the job they
are designed to do, 2) citrus oils help relieve fluid retention, 3)
lavender, among other things, acts as a bridge in the synergistic
effect.

The healing process can take a longer or shorter time depending on the
individual and especially what their nutritional situation is. CRS in
the LifeLong Vitalty pack is especially good for the whole circulatory
system.

One thing to be aware of: Citrus oils are photosensitive so to avoid
intensifying the effect of the sun best to leave out the wild orange
if your legs are exposed to the sun for very long and on a regular
basis.
