They can just pay $50 to sign up and get nothing but paperwork or they can get a Dr. Mom's kit for $150 and that will sign them up all by itself - there are a few other kits they can sign up with but not the Aromatouch kit - if they want that one they also have to pay the $50 sign up fee.  At least that's how I understand it!
