The first oil that comes to my mind would be Breathe for clearing out congestion in nose (apply on chest with VCO)  and then Lavender before and after to help with swelling and healing. Then even Frankincense diluted with VCO, (on a Que-tip to pat the surgery area), with the Lavender. You will be packed with gauze for several days, so even having some peppermint to breath through the gauze would help in the healing for pain. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong. And please check with your health care provider as we are not allowed to dignose. These are just suggestions. That's just my instinct. Let us know how you are doing.
