I use breathe on my little guy all the time. In fact, my 3 year old no longer has to do breathing treatments just by using the Breathe every night before bed. (It has been almost 11 months!) I use it neat on both my 1 year old and 3 year old but they are used to the feel of it and they even ask me for it!
