over my eyes for a minute or two. I keep them open until they start to
feel a bit of sting, then close them until that clears and repeat as
often as I like. I discovered this method when I was driving to Utah
last year. Works REALLY well to relieve tired "driving eyes",
especially if you avoid doing it while driving! :-)
