[Everything doTERRA] Re: Runners knee pain

Lemongrass, Deep Blue, and then Peppermint. That is what my son uses when he runs. He just ran the St. George Marathon and came in 34 out of 7,000. He loves using the oils.

I have a friend who is in training for the Disney marathon in January
- she has swelling and pain just below her knee - ligament and tendons
just below her knee. She has been using Deep Blue but still has the
problem - she is icing and elevating but I want to know what else can
she use to reduce the pain.

She knows this is repetitive and won't quit runing until she has
completed the Disney Marathon but I just want to try to help her so
she CAN complete the marathon.

Tips - trick - suggestions are all welcome.
