The shot glass can be used in many different ways...basically a convenient way to take the oils internally. All you do is add water and a couple drops of EO and chug, gargle, swish and swallow! Very simple. Actually if you go to the new site everythingessential.me and go to helpful hints you will find some recipes for different remedies.
