[Everything doTERRA] Re: fish oil

Hi Loryjean and Monica,
I was just reading this thread and thought I'd add my 2 cents...
I am allergic to shell fish, and I take the full LLW pack. And when I have "extra" back pain from lifting my grandson, I take one more Omega from the pack. It only bothers me when I don't eat something with it. I get a little heartburn. But other than that I feel fine with it. And I notice when I don't take it. I have no more energy!

 ask.Shellfish allergies are some of the worst for anaphylactic shock,
