[Everything doTERRA] Re: Fever aches and pains

Hi Mindy,
I can't say enough good things about the aromatouch blend for the flu. My
husband and kids came down with the flu and I used aromatouch in several
ways (topical only!).

Kids - 2 drops aromatouch with 3 drops fract. Coconut oil and I massaged
their back, feet, legs, and arms (not hands so they don't get it in their
eyes). It helped with aches and pains, their fevers and cough. On my
husband I used it neat (no coconut dilution) and dropped it along his spine,
gently rubbed all over his back, chest, legs, feet and arms. I reapplied
several times throughout the day.

When you look at the awesome oils in this blend and look up each one
individually it helps with muscle pain, immune system, fever reducer and
more! It's also more economical then deep blue and I like the smell better.

Our family, my husband inparticular, has had the flu. We've taken the
"fire" out of it with the oils for sure but there is a remaining flu
ache that I'm uncertain how to treat. It's not a specific area, just
all over pain from the flu. It seems like a lot of work to apply deep
blue or birch to the entire body and the quantity seems like too much
as well. Can I just apply it to the feet for an all over effect? Is
there a different oil to use for the basic flu aches? and if so, what
is the best application?
