If it's in OnGuard, it can be taken internally. My children and I take OnGuard nearly every day in the Winter (the only time is when we forget) and we all take it internally. Also, if you see one of the Supplement Facts boxes on one of our labels and it does NOT say "not for internal use," then it's for internal use.
