They gave him a prescription for pain meds which he would not fill. When I was over
there yesterday he walked downstairs with a spoon that had solid coconut oil on it, when
I asked him what it was he said he used this with OnGuard and Oregano on it to oil pull.
He said it has really helped with pain and their was no visible swelling or redness.
I cringed at the thought of the solid coconut oil but he said it liquifies quickly in the mouth
and worked great. You could also use our Fractionated Coconut Oil and he said it would
work just as well.
You don't want to swish the oil hard, you want to gently hold it in your mouth pulling it
around to get the oils working. Leave as long as you can and then spit it out. Repeat the
procedure 2-3 times a day.
