Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Chronic occipital nerve pain that turns to migranes

i AGREE with Elaine. ALSO, apply the oils to the cranial (I have someone who has these issues too) then do the EFT. I posted a video not long ago on the technique so if you look in the archives, you may find it. If not let me know and I will try to find it and post it again. This is a wonderful tool. I have taught it to my doterra friends and family, and everyone is very surprised at the results. (Always positive).  If God did not want us to educate ourselves, find new ways to help others using ancient techniques that have been here for melinuim,  then we would have nothing to share with the world or nothing to give God the Glory! I actually turn the statementds into prayers and wow, what an experience! Let us know how you respond to this. I have a friend who also uses this in his counseling ministry.

Becki,

You might want to try EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to relieve
the underlying issue causing the pain. Go to www.eftuniverse.com for
videos and instruction in how to do it. It's FREE to learn. It's a
great tool for every family to learn. Teach it to your children as
well, so they have a self-care tool, literally at their fingertips.
Good luck!
