There are a number of posts regarding this. How old is the child? If she is old enough to take the GX Assist that would be my first choice. If not this is what I would do if it were me.
I would make a blend of equal drops of Melaleuca and lemon then add less of the Oregano. Put this blend on the bottom of her feet every morning (put socks on for a while). This is the original blend we used for Candida and then they created the GX. I use this for children who can't take the capsules yet.
Do this blend for 10 days, then rest 10 and repeat, rest 10 again and repeat. Order the probiotic that will be available on the first of February and usually these are in very tiny beadlets and she should have no problem taking them.
During this time I would apply Digest Zen on the belly button area, if their skin is sensitive use a little FCO. Be consistent and do not try to incorporate milk products till you are through with the protocol and then just a little at a time.
