Betty, I usually use a capsule and fill it halfway with Frankincense and the rest of the way with OnGuard. It is kind of toasty if you just drop it into your mouth straight, but people do. You can also apply it topically, but I'd recommend having some fractionated coconut oil handy in case it irritates your skin.--Laura

Laura, How do you take the OnGuard internally. Do you just drop it in your mouth or do you put it in a capsule. Thank you so much. My children and I take OnGuard nearly every day in the Winter (the only time is when we forget) and we all take it internally. Also, if you see one of the Supplement Facts boxes on one of our labels and it does NOT say "not for internal use," then it's for internal use.Cheers,LauraFrom: Tanya <T_Widman@msn.com>

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] eucalyptus question
I have a YL friend who wants to try our oils, but she says she needs
the variety of eucalyptus that she can ingest. It doesn't appear that
ours is labelled for internal use. Does anyone have any information on
this? I know some people take ours internally and it's in our OnGuard
blend, but I was curious what to tell her...
thanks!--
