[Everything doTERRA] reactive arthritis/Reiter's Syndrome

What would be the best oils for a severe case of reative arthritis-
pain and swelling in the knee and ankle, fatigue as well? This case
started last August with little improvement from medication. The DR
said that it was not in remission yet and so to expect another 6 mo or
so to heal. What would be the best for internal to stop this so the
healing can begin? Also would it be too much at once to be aggressive
with internal oils, while using some topically for pain? Does someone
have a story for me specifically about reacive arthritis-or Reiter's
Syndrome.? or any arthrits success info would be helpful. Thanks,
