Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Meeting in Orlando tonight
I received an email today that says there is a meeting in Orlando
tonight hosted by Shaun McCormick. It didn't give a location. It is
not on the events calender and doTERRA service
dept didn't have the info as well.
Anyone know how to get a hold of Shaun McCormick or know about the
location?
I have an IPC in Clermont that would love to be there.
Thanks!

There wasn't a lot of notice, but the events did get posted:)
The system should be smoother after this week:)
Diamond club events will be happening A LOT in FL & beyond through the
end of February.
All best,

Thanks Natalie...can't wait. Are you moving here to Ft. Meyers? Can't wait for sure if it's you guys cause I heard someone from the company was moving out this way. I have relatives who I've already introduced to doterra out there. I know Victor Dareque is coming to Tampa. Yay!

Topic: Do EOs strip wood finishes?
- energy4life <cincze@gmail.com> Sep 23 09:17PM -0700 ^
A friend told me that her Wintergreen oil spilled and took the finish
off of wood. She also said that some oils will remove nail polish. She
uses another brand of oils, not doTerra, but spoke as though this is
common safety issue. I have been studying and using oils for over a
year and have never heard about or seen this effect. Would love to
know if this is really true.
- jcm899@aol.com Sep 24 01:03AM -0400 ^
You do have to be careful with the oils around plastic finishes because the plastic is a toxin and the oils will eat through it. So with that caution, I could see that you need to be cautious on wood finishes. I have a laminate wood flooring and I am very careful not to "spill" my oils. If it happens I am there to wipe it up right away. And yes, it will take your nail polish off. It's great if you run out of acetate remover...LOL! But yes, it can take some polish off. With anything, there are always areas you need to be careful about.
always,
Jan in Florida

I listened to the webinar with Dr. Hill when S&S was first introduced. He
had mentioned that pregnant women could take it, and having a daughter who
was expecting at the time, this really got my attention. I had questioned it
to myself. The following day, I just happened to be with Dr. Hill and just
had to ask him for clarification on this matter. This is what he said; yes,
S&S is safe for not only pregnant mothers but also those nursing because
such small trace amounts ever reach the baby. He said that he feels quite
comfortable with all of doTerra oils being used by anyone at anytime. This
is exciting news, knowing what we have with these incredible oils.
Hope this puts your mind at ease as it did mine.

Well, I was taking slim and sassy while I was breastfeeding and I
noticed a decrease in my milk production. About the same time I
learned that Peppermint decreases milk production and S&S does have
peppermint in it. I'm sure it's SAFE for the mother and the baby, but
just keep in mind the 'side effects' peppermint has.
