RE: [Everything doTERRA] injured foot tendon or ligament.

AT convention I asked my upline-Gina Truman what she would use birch for and she said "Birch is Wintergreen on Speed" :) lol... she teaches that wintergreen is aspirin in a bottle and aspirin has wintergreen in it.. so go Birch it is amazing for instant pain relief... we tried it at a class last night on pain in hands and instantly:) Birch for the pain-with some heat after... Good thing the company has some now! Been with this company for a  year now and 1st time I have seen Birch... Buy some-Buy 2.. or more... You will love it!
good luck...

I guess I have injured a tendon connected to my pinkie's neighbor toe by just walking up a hill.  suddenly it was on fire, and the bottom of my foot is very swollen and painful.  It isn't broken.  Any ideas?  I think it might have started with a corn on the same toe, that makes it bend downwards.  So if anyone has ideas for getting rid of corns, that would be fantastic.  I teach school, so I can't stay off it, but I am really trying to be nice to it.

Thanks!
