I am looking for input if any of you have done a boutique or trade show before. What have you found to be working well? Are you focusing on selling retail, do you have all the product there, or do you have samples there and then take orders that are shipped to people?
I'll take whatever pointers you have for me, I am thinking of participating in a boutique in November, which is always very well attended.
