I think there is a language barrier here. If Motoi <hapico@hapico.com> can make her question more detailed that would be helpful.

 I suspect that Motoi is in Japan, if that is the case then there are many more stringent regulations in Japan (and Taiwan) then there are here in the U.S.A..

 Here in the USA we use all of the oils aromatically (sniffing) and most all of them topically (directly on the skin) and many of them internally (eating them).
