Individual A will get unilevel of the over all volume. After an IPC has been in place for 30 days you can no longer move them. So if you see someone not performing to your expectations you only have 30 days to move them. Remember to never give away your enrollments, that way no matter where they are, if they start working hard it will benefit you.

Also, a general question about structuring.... is it possible to
rearrange the structure so that someone on your 2nd or 3rd level can
be moved up to your 1st level? (if you discover that the IPCs on your
first level don't live up to the required points level), or is the
structure permanent?
