[Everything doTERRA] Re: Circulation and Swelling in Hands

Congrats on the baby! I would probably suggest to drink A LOT of
water. That will usually help and put the grapefruit in the water to
help it along. I know when I forget to drink enough with my son I had
a lot of problems like that. It's hard to especially when it makes you
have to run to the restroom every five minutes, but it really does
help.
also lemongrass, cypress, geranium, and rosemary are suppose to help
with edema as well.
