In terms of commissions etc, will 'individual A' still earn money
based on what 'individual C' does? (even though individual C has their
salon as their preferred member)

Also, a general question about structuring.... is it possible to
rearrange the structure so that someone on your 2nd or 3rd level can
be moved up to your 1st level? (if you discover that the IPCs on your
first level don't live up to the required points level), or is the
structure permanent?
