If you have an order autoshipped each month, you earn a percentage of the point value to be used for free product. The percentage you earn depends on how long you've had your Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP = autoship) in place. In the first 3 months you earn 10% of your PV, so if you have an LRP order that is 200pv, you'll earn 20pv towards free oils. Months 4-6 you earn 15%, 7-9 you earn 20%, etc, up to 30% once you've been on LRP for 12 months.
If you sign into your back office, at the top left you'll see a chart that indicates the current and past two months. You'll see your PV for each of those months and, if you have people in your team, you'll see the OV - which is your teams overall points.
Just under that, it tells you how many points you have to spend on free product. Get your order together and call the service # 800-411-8151 and let them know what you want to spend your points on. There is a fee of $3 per 100pv used, and you have to pay shipping.
It's a great deal!
