There are info sheets in your back office explaining the rewards point system. But just a brief overview is that as long as you order every month you will earn 10% of your pv (personal volume) to go into your point bank. The 10% is for three months, then next 3 months is 15%, this increases each 3 month period until the 13th month you are earning 30% of your pv. It will stay at 30% as long as you place an order every month of at least $50.00pv. If you order under the 50pv then you don't earn points that month but you do not lose your percentage.  Also the points from each month is not posted until after the 15th of every month.
Once you have earned points you will find it posted on your virtual office, top left corner. To redeem you have to call doTerra, its costs you a $3.00 per 100.pv redemption fee and whatever shipping entails.
