painful. So I started brushing with myrrh oil only and within 2 to 3
months almost all of the recession was gone except for one small area
around the outside of a crown.
Three was only one small downside - after some time, myrrh causes a
yellowish stain to develop on the teeth but small price to pay and it
come off with a professional cleaning.
I'm thinking Pat's suggestion to do oil pulls is a good one too.
Good luck,
Jan in Oregon
