mentioned using the facility in the middle of the night, but the water
will help keep everything moving thru the system. We use several detox
systems at my wellness center and your symptoms are fairly common. I
agree with the lemon, a little dab will do. Also don't be afraid of
peppermint. It will do more than just clam you stomach, the power of
peppermint in the digestive system as a whole is amazing, from bile
ducts to sphincters function. It also strengthens the nervous system
to help with insomnia, tension, anxiety, and more. Also GREAT for the
Heart.
recommended Protocol, ingest in water 1 drop to 12 or more oz (but
only add peppermint to 1 cycle of you hydration) or 2 drop diluted on
the back of the neck before bed and 1 drop diluted in the am. (with
the detox you are on, you can probably skip the am)
