Lemon cleans the liver which is the entire problem here.  Hormones are not broken down because of a dirty liver.  The liver is the seat of the emotions so Zendocrine would also be good.  I'll bet Slim & Sassy would be great too since it also cleanses.  It can be massaged on the belly area or taken internally of course but I'd go real slow with that to prevent detox reactions/headahes.

Skipping dairy and sugar and chemicals would be great too, although for school kids that's easier said than done unless they can make the connection themselves and want to do it.
