My daughter had the same thing and it turned out to be a deficiency in Vitamin D......within a couple of weeks the bumps slowly faded and the skin was smooth again!

I have these little bumps on the back of my upper arm that I can't get rid of. I heard it can be a side effect from low levels of vitamin A. I have been taking vitamin A for about a month now and still no change. Any suggestions?
