Re: [Everything doTERRA] Warts

I had two warts under my arm that were gone after about 3 months of twice daily applications of Oregano.  They did not seem to change the first month, but the next two they slowly shrank.  I kept applying for another couple weeks after they were gone, because I understand they can regrow if you don't kill the undertheskin wart.

I know some people have success with different oils.  I have seen success with Lemon, Lemon Grass, On-Guard, Oregano, Frankincense, Basil, Meleleuca and Thyme.  Incidentally, many of these are very anti-viral.

Some work better on different people.

Rex - I have experienced this type of wart personally.  A long time ago I

With Plantar warts - they DO get BIGGER!  That means they are coming OUT.
They have 'finger' like things that weave into the foot - and that is why
they are flat on the outside.  In order to get them GONE you have to draw
out the 'tentacles' so to speak - and that makes the wart get bigger.  If
she will be patient - it will finally fall off - but it takes time.  I had
one the size of a quarter on the pad of my foot for over 10 years.  After
going to the foot doctor twice and injecting it with poison(both times it
came back even bigger) - and trying every over-the-counter drug and using
herbs, etc......... I finally used essential oils.  After 8 months of
nightly application (and I wasn't as vigil as I should have been) It was
GONE - and the best part is IT HASN'T COME BACK!!!

Be patient.  It is supposed to get 'bigger' - but will be gone shortly.  I
found that with all the dead skin that develops around those types of warts
- it is best to very gently slough it off after a shower or bath with a
tissue.  I would take the cotton tip of a Q-tip off and place either one or
more of the following:  ON-GUARD, OREGANO, and THYME on the tip - then place
it over the wart with a bandage overnight.  If she is consistent - it will
be gone in no time.
Good Luck - Brooke Magleby

My granddaughter had a wart on her toe, the type that did not
protrude, we assume it was a plantar type.  Her mom put frankincense
and oregano 2 times a day for 3 months and it did nothing in fact kept
getting bigger.  Finally had to use a pharmaceutical.  What were we
doing wrong??
