I would definitely offer a drawing for a free product of some sort and have a "prize drawing slip" for people to fill out so that you have their contact information for following up.  I did a table at our elementary school's vendors fair and after talking to people would write a few details about them on the back of their slip so I'd have a reference point from which to talk to them when I called.  Don't forget to run the diffuser!!  And have on hand the "magic oils" that people feel immediate results from, like Past Tense, Breathe, and Digestzen.  The lady at the table next to me (selling Pampered Chef) was intrigued by the things I was telling people and she ended up enrolling and taking home a Dr. Mom kit on the spot!
