[Everything doTERRA] High Blood Pressure, overweight

My Dad is finally having me place an order for him - I've been bugging
him for quite some time!! He is overweight and has high blood
pressure. I've been trying to research the blood pressure problem but
have found quite a few different ways of helping it. I'm confused
about the post where the person said that the LLW pack made her
friends blood pressure rise,
if I were to put my dad on the trio pack would we need to be worried
about it increasing? Also, what should you NOT use if you have HBP? I
need some help on where to start! He's starting from scratch! Thanks!
