Have a display cabinet (locked preferably) with the oils available. On the outside have some of your empty bottles sitting for people to smell. You need to run a diffuser in the main office area where people come in. Using your choice of blends but a few of the favorite are OnGuard and Citrus Bliss together are separate, also Balance, or Wild Orange. These are all happy oils and bring good feelings.
In your public bathrooms keep the foaming OnGuard Soap in the foaming dispenser for people to wash their hands.
Be a product of the product in your spa and in your life.
Once a week, preferably the same time and day, have a class about essential oils. Make it an open class for anyone regardless if they have an appointment at the spa or not.
The other spa's that I work with do the things I have mentioned and the two newest ones have told me that their most successful product on their floors is the doTerra Oils and spa products.
