Re: [Everything doTERRA] Whiplash and headaches

Thanks Pat, I was thinking about that.  I am meeting with her on Friday so will see if she will try muscle testing.

If she is new to the oils I would not try so many on her in the beginning. I would use
the Past Tense and also suggest the Balance as a way of grounding her. She needs
to relax and the Balance would help that.
Explain to her about the oils working different for each person. If she is amendable to
muscle testing so you use the right oil, that would be a good option.

Hi all,

Did a search for whiplash and tension headaches and came up with only
one discussion.

I have a friend who's car was rear ended in the spring.  She got
severe whiplash from the accident.  And has suffered pain and
headaches ever since.  She ended up off work on long term disability
and just started back to work.  But is still suffering from the
headaches.
She has been going to a Chiropractor and Massage with no realy
relief.  Finally she has agreed to try the EO's.
My thoughts are to have her try Past Tense and Lemongrass and Deep
Blue rub.  I have used Lemongrass for my muscles issues but have not
tried Past Tense yet.  Don't think she has a lot of money so don't
want to offer anything that she can't afford.

So what would be your recommendations.

Thanks
Caroline
