The class takes 8 hours because we do it in groups of three, one assists, one does the technique
and one is the recipient. Then switch until each person has assisted, applied the technique and done
it. Also you are learning about each of the oils and why they work so well together.

Don't worry about getting it perfect and keep the book open while doing it you have to start
somewhere.

nervous just jumping into something like this by trying to remember it
all from the book.  I have no experience whatsoever with massage
therapy, which it seems similar to.  Why does the class take 8 hours
then...because everyone is practicing?  Does the DVD give more info as
far as what to do if someone has an odd reaction or something?  Or is
it basically just the same as what's in the book?  Sorry to have so
many questions....I'm trying to decide if I should buy the Aromatouch
kit, or wait till I can take a class, or just try and follow the steps
from the book.
