[Everything doTERRA] suicide disease

A friend of ours has a disease called Trigeminal Neuralgia.  It is also known as the suicide disease because the pain is intense and persistent.  Her insurance company refuses to help her.  The pain is caused by a blood vessel that puts constant pressure on the trigeminal nerve.  It feels a lot like migraine that won't go away.

Does anyone have any ideas of oils that would help her?  She is willing to try anything.
