Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Gum disease

Ok, I am wondering if there is a recommended oil pull that does not involve Oregano.  I can't take the smell or taste of it, not to mention the burning!  Would love some imput on this!

Hey there Pat and AMZ

Sorry I may have sent many messages directly to you.  I didn't see it
online so I thought I hadn't sent it. I have been pushing reply to
author for some reason and didn't realize it was going through.  That
is what I get for trying to use my phone.

Also Pat I'm sorry, I wasn't referring to your protocol.  The way I do
my oil pulling and turned my gum issues around is different than what
you were suggesting and I didn't have gum disease. I am not a protocol
girl (sometimes I'm forced because some people can't handle not being
told exactly what to do).  I'm big on getting people to gather info by
educating themselves and then figure out what they want to do.
Whether that is follow someone's exact protocol or mix things up, I
believe it empowers them. I love when someone calls and says I don't
have deep blue but I'm in pain and I say what do you have on hand and
we go from there and they are amazed that other oils help...we just
took a different path.
