I will chime in for EFT. It has worked for me in amazing ways. I have experienced instant shifts so surprising. Once in chicago with my sis, we tapped together for our aching feet, and both of us felt all the pain leave instantly. We giggled with delight and kept on trucking. I have a huge collection of EFT training videos I purchased from Gary Craig. I think he has retired now. Beautiful man who's compassion is so evident it brings tears to watch him work with people who are suffering. Anyway, I support anyone willing to learn more about it. There are a lot of EFT practitioners out there. Get a referral.
