I'd cut out those, white flour, white rice and potatoes and if she
drinks milk try either the lactose free or organic. Symptoms are classic
Candida.
I'm a bit concerned about the magnesium. I am magnesium and iron
deficient (bloodwork not Zyto) and my doctor prescribed Magnesium
Glycinate 2 x 200 mg a day. They watch my levels carefully because too
much is really not good for you. I'm not sure what she is taking but
sounds like it could be a lot. Too much can cause the symptoms she's
described. I'd also add ginger oil, because I take strong iron
supplements they suggested ginger root to help with constipation, since
it works I think the oil would probably help a lot.
