This is not oil related but my mom used soy when she went through menopause and it helped her get through it! Although that was well before I found the oils
Sent from my iPhoneSince you have already started with the LLV you are ahead of the game. The oils most commonly used for women's issues are Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Whisper, Peppermint. The Clary Sage could be applied to the Wrist or ankles, some have found the peppermint a cooling factor for hot flashes. You could also do a search on this forum for HRT and also get some great suggestions.
I have many friends who used oils and supplements as their only means of getting through the worst of it.
