Never freeze or heat your essential oils.  If you use Gel Capsules you can make them up days even weeks in advance.  We do this ALL the time, and put them in a small bowl of grits or cream of wheat and stand them up in it.  Have had no problems with the capsules melting, etc.  This way they don't get compromised with a change in temp.   Julie Ann
