[Everything doTERRA] Re: Receipe for Hair Freshener Spray or Spritz?

I use lavender in distilled water to spritz my hair to calm frizz,
keep away flying bugs in town and smell nice.. I would imagin you
could make what your looking for with a citrus. They put citrus oils
in the Shampoo or Condisioner.
