He may be having a "healing response." When the body starts to
"detox" (moving back into a more balanced state) it will throw off
toxins from the cells. Make sure he's drinking a lot of water to help
flush the body more easily and quickly.
I just had my first "Spinal Touch" session yesterday and it aligned my
spine so gently and quickly. I did experience more aches and pains in
the evening after the adjustment than I did before the Spinal Touch
treatment, but because I knew that my body was re-adjusting and
working to move back into balance permanently, getting through the
discomfort was easier. Sometimes things look like they are getting
worse after doing what is right to heal the dysfunction, and they
are, only to come back to a higher level of balance after the "detox."
