[Everything doTERRA] Possible Kidney Infection

My daughter in law has pain in her lower back and groin area. She was
running a fever so we thought it might be a kidney infection. She has
been taking the onguard, frankincensce, and oregano oils in the
capsule every 4 hours plus putting geranium and frank topically. Any
other suggestions. Pain is still there. Thank you.
