[Everything doTERRA] Re: Drinking Lemongrass

If your client would like to drink it, yes, go ahead, it should work
as a prevention.
However, topical application would be recommended if a person is
experiencing a muscle ache as aromatic components immediately
penetrate skin and work on affected areas.

I used Lemongrass in cooking, love it!
